The power of crystals…

I never thought I would be into crystals as I didn’t grow up with them but I now love and use them a lot and with my children for fun and also healing. I love to lie down on my pilates mat or bed and lay a few on my body chakras to recharge in the day or you can pop one in your bag or under your pillow.
