There are some secrets or pearls of wisdom, I have discovered since my 30s & more recently in my 40s, that I wish I had known earlier in my life.

Although, I also now believe in divine timing & so I am sharing them here, in order to support myself, my family & others in finding balance, as Mother Nature always intended…
