I like to think of this as the very beginning, when we first arrive on the Earth, as a baby but also the beginning of Creation and the Earth, the void, nothingness… Zero point!

A time in the early hours of the morning when we first wake from the darkness and dreamtime, the Winter Solstice before the return to the light, even when we inhale before the exhale…

It’s just the start of a cycle, that rises then falls, every breath in and out, day and night, hunger and fullness, sad to happy, New Moon and Full Moon, Menstruation and Ovulation, January to December, life and death.

This is who we all are, coded with the same Universal cycles of life, as a Human-Being on Earth but also within us, we have our own unique flow of feelings too.

Our body, sensations and intuition is always guiding us on our way and back to balance, when we choose to be present and listen.

I have created this 12 month guide to help myself and others to reconnect with Mother Nature’s cycles and our own innate flow.

So starting now, take a deep inhale in and exhale out through the nose and just keep breathing as you read on through the months and year, with a pure mind, body and heart… x
